Hi everyone. I have just established the ICMA, borne out of the necessity for support for choral singers and conductors in Ireland. Please read my post below and contact me directly through my website or via Facebook imagefor further information or to book classes.
The new term begins on Monday the 14th of September and each term will be ten weeks.

Irish Choral Music Academy
The Irish Choral Music Academy has been established to assist with the development of the growing number of choirs and choral societies within Ireland.
It’s aim is to raise the level of performance within choral settings through development of vocal and performance technique, music literacy and musicality and to provide support for choral directors/ conductors at rehearsal venues and/ or weekend workshops.
Class numbers within the academy will be small which will provide time for individual attention as well as group work so necessary when singing with a choir.
Classes are also available for singers who wish to have individual lessons either to support their choral music experience or if they wish to engage in singing on a solo platform.
Students will receive tuition in vocal technique, performance technique, sight singing skills and musicianship. Choral singers can also work on particular aspects of music they will be performing with their choir, which will enable an approach to more challenging music with a solid technique and musicality.
Singing teachers are classically trained, professional singers and musicians, experienced both as performers with professional choirs and as soloists.

Classes are available on a termly basis.
Investment;( Group classes )- €250 per term.
